With construction on Tidewater Preserve’s marina and boat lift moving smoothly forward, boaters at Tidewater Preserve will soon come home to a new port of call. Situated in the lagoon next to the Port & Court Club, the marina’s first phase of 12 boat slips is currently under construction. Tidewater Preserve plans to offer the best in modern facilities and amenities for the recreational boater, including a motorized boat lift to the Manatee River.
