The 2009 boating season has begun at Westshore Yacht Club! Getting out on the water is a rewarding family activity and promotes bonding among generations, teaches kids independence and resourcefulness and for many, becomes an activity that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. Whether you are the type to spend the day combing the beaches of Egmont Key, located at the mouth of Tampa Bay, or live for getting offshore to catch the big one, Westshore Yacht Club Marina can help you get started with your nautical adventures.

One of the great benefits of being a WCI Club member is that you have the opportunity to visit other WCI Clubs and participate in events that bring together WCI Community residents members from all over Florida. In March, WCI will be hosting the 5^th Annual WCI Tennis Club Challenge at The Colony Golf & Bay Club in Bonita Springs.

Executive Chef Nick and his staff helped the kids create their own personal pizza masterpieces with a “Make-Your-Own-Pizza” buffet, during a birthday party held at The Bay Club in Westshore Yacht Club. Each child made a small dough crust, while creating a flour-infused, fun-filled room. They added their preferred ingredients from the buffet line, topped it with cheese and The Bay Club chefs cooked the pizza pies to perfection. The pizza was enjoyed by all and The Bay Club looks forward to hosting many more Pizza Parties - next time, without the snowfall of flour!
