Creative culinary concoctions, delicious decadent desserts and everything in between complete my passions as a chef. My name is Nick and I am the Executive Chef at The Bay Club. I have been with WCI for the past 14 years, and throughout my tenure, I continue to have an extreme passion for cooking and making my customers
happy. The best thing about my role as Chef is my communication with the members of The Club. I enjoy hearing their feedback, doing my best to tailor the menus to fit their taste buds and imaginations. Through this blog, I hope we can provide each other feedback on the latest culinary delights you have tried and/or made.  I will also share with you some of my cooking tips and secrets.
